Razmian Once – Razmian Forever
Cadet College Razmak is a military boarding school in the scenic Razmak valley of North Waziristan Agency, Pakistan. Established in 1978, the college admits Cadets (students) in Class 7th after written/IQ tests, interviews and medical fitness tests. They are imparted physical training (sans weapons) by military trainers in addition to routine education. Razmian alumni are found in every walk of life; the principal profession chosen being Armed Forces.

Introduction to Cadet College Razmak
Cadet College Razmak is a military boarding school located in the valley of Razmak, in North Waziristan Agency, Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA), Pakistan.
The students or “Cadets” are imparted physical training (sans weapons) by military trainers in addition to routine educational activities.
Cadets are enrolled in Class 7th after a thorough selection procedure consisting of written tests, IQ / psychological tests, interviews, medical fitness tests.
Admission is on quota-basis with almost 70% seats reserved for the FATA Agencies / FRs. Rest of the seats are reserved for Frontier Corps (F.C), Balochistan, Azad Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan and Khyber-PukhtoonKhwa.
The cadets of Cadet College Razmak are called “Razmians” and Razmian alumni are found in every walk of life; the principal profession chosen being Pakistan Army.

Cadet College Razmak is run by a Board Of Governors (BOG) chaired by the Governor of Khyber-PukhtoonKhwa. The College administration is headed by a Principal who also serves as the Secretary to BOG. The BOG makes the strategic policy decisions and is the forum for approval of the College’s budget, infrastructure expansion plans and major system modifications.

Brief History of Cadet College Razmak
The foundation of Cadet College Razmak was laid by the late Prime Minister of Pakistan Mr. Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto. The College became operational in 1978 with a single boarding hostel, Ghazali House, and Mr. Asghar Ali Choudhry was appointed its first principal.. Later that year, another boarding hostel, Bilal House, was established.
In 1979, owing to the increasing number of students, a 3rd boarding hostel, Jinnah House, was established. Major (R) G.D Langland, a highly respected Aitchison educationist, was appointed the new principal.
The 4th boarding hostel, Babar House, was established in 1980. The 5th boarding hostel, Abdali house, was established in 1981 and yet another one, Khushal house, was added in 1982.
