Religious Education

Islamiat is a compulsory subject at all levels (from Class 7th to 12th) and the essentials of religion are taught in classrooms. Motivational talks and prayers in the College mosques supplement religious education in the classrooms. Cadets are also provided with (and encouraged for) the opportunity of Hifz (Memorizing by Heart) and Tafseer (interpretation) of Holy Quran at the College Mosque.

Preps (Study Periods)

The study hours of Cadets are not limited to classes only. They have two or three self-study periods called ’Preps’, daily. These Preps last a total of upto three hours and are mandatory for all cadets to attend / observe. They sit in their own dormitories (rooms) and the House Masters / House commanders ensure that the Cadets study properly during the Prep.

Examinations

The college holds internal examinations to assess the ability of the students and prepare them for the Board Examinations. Monthly tests, Quizzes and Pre-Board Examinations are a regular feature of the College schedule in this regard.
The parents/guardians are regularly informed of their son’s/ward’s overall performance and attitude. Students showing consistently poor performance (failing twice in a class) are withdrawn from the College.
Cadet College Razmak has always produced outstanding results in Board Examinations. The boys take full advantage of the conductive academic atmosphere at the College and are among the top position holders in the BISE Bannu examinations.
