Physical Training / Exertion Activities
The cadets have an extensive physical training / exertion routine. These activities include
Ø Morning PT / Drill period – A tough one-hour mandatory period of PT (Exercise) or Drill (Parade). During this period, the cadets have to run for 4 km covering the college peripheries, a mini-hiking ridge and the college grounds. After that, the cadets do extensive physical exercises under the supervision of the military staff.
Ø Evening Sports period – A one-hour mandatory period for sports / games. During this period, the cadets have to take part in one of the many sports offered – ranging from Squash to Tennis to Hockey to Volley ball. Nobody is allowed skip this period or to sit idle during the period.
